Lately, I have felt very tired. Just drained from everything. I don't want to wake up in the morning. Finding the energy to go lift weights is getting hard to find. I know I need to do this to better my health.

I'm still eating healthy foods which are high in protein. I have lost eight pounds from when I started. I just need to learn how to go to bed at night. That seems to be the hard part. I feel like a little kid who just doesn't want to go to bed. I do have a healthy sleep aid but I just don't take it.

I need to grow up and do it. 4 A.M. comes early. I enjoy getting up early to work out. Just getting there on a healthy sleep schedule is hard for me. I just have to quit half-stepping it and put myself to bed.
