Program Description:
Jordan River House (JRH), located just outside the City of
Charlevoix is a 20-bed men’s sober living home. JRH is a
safe, sober environment that offers life skills training and
peer-based recovery support. It has close proximity to
recovery support meetings and community resources,
and we support all pathways that lead to long-term
sobriety. Entry into JRH is contingent on the successful
completion of a residential program, and there is a
minimum commitment to stay 90 days. JRH is a
treatment-based home, all residents are required to
attend Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient Groups,
Individual Sessions and/or Community Recovery
Support Groups on a weekly basis. Our goal is to help
our residents build a strong foundation in recovery on
which they can continue to build upon long after their
stay with us.

Program Description:
Pinnacle Recovery Services is a sober living program for Men in Ingham County, Michigan. Pinnacle Recovery Services is funded through our local PIHP for up to 90 days of recovery housing. We cater to men, ages 18-75 with a substance use disorder, that meets the criteria to enter the housing program. All residents seeking sober living at Pinnacle must first fill out an application which can be found online on our website at
www.pinnaclerecoveryservicesmi.org and then can call our main office to be screened for services at 517-574-4456. We accept residents with co-occurring disorders, clients involved with the court and/or specialty court programs or probation, clients who are on MAT (Methadone, Suboxone, Vivitrol), and any others who meet the criteria for the program.

We are funded through our local PIHP Mid-State Health Network for those individuals who have qualified Medicaid insurance through the Region 5 area. Each qualifying participant must have a minimum of 30 days of sobriety and must enter a Midstate-funded outpatient treatment program before entering sober living at Pinnacle. Participants who complete the Pinnacle sober living program may qualify for self-pay for a limited amount of time for up to 3 months after their funding has expired.

Program Description:
Designed Future provides innovative avenues for adults who struggle with alcohol, heroin/opiate, and/or co-occurring addictions. We offer classes to all residents who learn how to take control of the mind and use it as a pathway to sobriety and a better way of life. Residents create goals and work with our team to realize those goals. We offer a meditation room, one-on-one life coaching, a rooftop garden, and the option to partner with a non-denominational spiritual director.
