Words

Negative connotations run rapid in recovery especially as a new comer, “don’t do this or this will happen”, “if you don’t do this, this will happen”, sounds like projected future tripping to me. And please don’t get me wrong, it’s good to be open to advice and run things by someone you trust, however vital to maintain ability to make simple decisions. I feel in a time and space where your own “unhealthy fears” can be consuming, inundation of every possible fail that probably won’t happen isn’t healthy or helpful. I support all forms of programs and whatever helps to keep you sober as long as it isn’t harmful to you or others. I also support finding what makes you happy, your purpose, and passion. I support hard work and dreamers, the doers, and heart followers. Find your way, find your tribe, and let your light shine from within; without fear of words, others failed attempts, and certainly no fear of what someone tells you you can’t do or make happen. This is your life, I suggest live it to the fullest, without regrets, without what if’s, and without shame.

Words are just words, powerful at times but nothing to be scared of. Go get some recovery, have fun, and be true to yourself.

Oh, and if no one’s told you they love you today, I love you! ❤️ Yours truly,
