The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.

Expectations; everyone has them, most are absolutely ridiculous. And although most lead to resentment when not met, you most definitely are allowed to have standards. Learning to let things go that you have absolutely no control over and will only damage your inner peace, it takes some serious work. However so worth it. To not allow others to treat you a certain way is a set standard, expecting everyone to do so is an expectation. Knowing those who value you for you and see your worth, and simply knowing those who don’t, do not deserve your company and time. That is something I strive for daily, and accepting life on life’s terms.

1.) No, it’s a complete sentence

2.) Knowing when to walk away

3.) Knowing when to dig deeper

4.) Being a better you

5.) Snuggles and frozen coffee

6.) A job love and gives you purpose

7.) Unconditional love

8.) Elise Corinne 💕

9.) Jamie, my wife

10.) My family

Focusing on everything that goes wrong is a problem in itself, it draws you away from your focus of all the good in your life and the present. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes, and we all have the capacity to learn, grow, and change for the better.

And if no one has told you they love you today, I love you. Yours truly,
