Letting Go Of The B.S.

Updated: Apr 28

Again I’m going to talk about guilt because it’s so prevalent in early sobriety. But let’s be honest, people have guilt in life no matter what. And it’s up to you, or me to resolve it or let those in your life pay for it. They say that we are the worst of the people that are the best to us, why is that? It’s easy for us to psychoanalyze others, especially for me at work and help those individuals work through their feelings. I suppose it’s digging deep and dealing with yours, or my own feelings, that were only resolve those things in our personal lives to where we can love ourselves and give those that truly deserve it in our lives the love they deserve. Whether someone struggles with addiction, disabilities, or any other disorders, that has nothing to do with being a human being and having real feelings. It most certainly can complicate things, and Lord knows, I am a very complicated individual. Moving forward in finding healthy ways to deal, cope, and move through these struggles are what it is all about.

1.) Strength

2.) Wanting better

3.) Support

4.) Being able to ask for help

5.) Angels on earth, that’s you J 😇

6.) Understanding and being understood

7.) Unconditional love

8.) Elise Corinne 💗💗

9.) My wife, bless her heart

10.) My family

Talking about the things that still haunts us from our past, knowing that the people in our lives that truly love us truly care and want to help us, and truly doing the work in pursuing a better you, me, and genuinely being happy, joyous, and free. This is what I truly want in life, and what I wish for each and every one of you.

Yours truly,

Anna
