How many times have you sat there, obsessing and overthinking basically every way you “think” you will fail, sound uneducated, look silly, or fill in the blank. I’m certain the list of self doubts and what if’s are endless and continuously alive and thriving within us all. So now let’s talk about the times you didn’t think and just did, and no, I’m not talking about the destructive impulsive
And compulsive actions. I’m referring to the moments that separate truly living verses going through the motions of life. Going through the motions and just either being content with what’s what, or living in such of fear of change that you’re just settling for mediocrity.

I’ve always said that I didn’t get sober to settle, ever. And whether you’ve ever struggled with substance use disorder or not, we all have something(s) that needs work, especially with believing in oneself. Try something new today, do it like you’ve done it before and go in with confidence. And have fun or at least give it a good go; if you don’t like it. Try something else. And, if no one has told you they love you today, I love you.
