They say you don’t know what you have until it’s gone; I know I’ve allowed things to be ruined based off of repetitive poor choices.
What if it’s not too late and we wake up appreciative of everyone and everything we took for granted daily?
Whether you believe in God or not, it’s so true; what if we woke up with nothing but the things we thanked the Lord for the day prior? Or appreciated from our loved ones, the small acts done daily out of unconditional love that are completely unbeknownst to us?
I’ve been home sick, and yes, I’m completely aware that my wife is a hard worker and amazing provider. I never realized all that she truly does to keep our household functioning and in good order. Sure, I do my part as well; but I used to complain about all the housework and laundry I did and didn’t have help with. Never again will I even feel like I do too much, because I don’t. We all have roles, and today I am so very appreciative of my wife and ALL that she does for me and our family.
1.) Working together
2.) Knowing you’re loved
3.) Knowing you’re appreciated
4.) Helping others
5.) Helping yourself
6.) Clyde’s. Yes, it’s open today and yes, we ate it.
7.) Unconditional love 💗
8.) Elise Corinne, my beautiful daughter🥰
9.) Jamie, my beautiful wife 🥰❤️💗
10.) My family
When you recognize someone and appreciate them it feels good to both of you. Feeling recognized and appreciated by those most important, are probably two of the best and most satisfying feelings there are. So to my wife and to the world, or whoever reads my blog anyways. I appreciate everything you’ve done, do, and plan on doing for me, for us, and for our our family. And I love you with all my heart, always have and always will. And to everyone else reading this; if no one has told you they love you today, I love you.
